| Logic Medical Systems Our is an R&D company started with a vison of long term goals. We engage in developing large databases and apply AI methods on them. Towards this aim we are involved in two major projects:1.PAIRS(Physician assistant Artificial Intelligence Reference System) has over 25,000 disease features. 2. GAIT(Gene identification by Artificial Intelligence Techniques) is a database of human proteins for about 23,000 conserved sequences.The AI methods for both PAIRS and GAIT are based on variational methods developed by Jaakkola and Jordan. |
